Suites
Maximum 5 star rating with AAA Tourism and NRMA- Pamper yourself in the luxury accommodation which has five guest suites that are all spacious and open directly to the private gardens and are air conditioned. They each have a private sitting room and full bathroom. Four of the suites have large baths with showers above and the fifth has a large easy access shower area.

The suites are designed for full comfort and relaxation and each one includes CD music system (TV is also available), small library, coffee and tea making facilities, lounge chairs or lounge, a table and chairs, loads of hanging and shelf space and fantastic views. In cooler months the heated floors (including the bathrooms) keep you very cosy and the air conditioning is there if you need it as well.
One suite is "easy access" for guests who use a wheelchair or are infirm. This suite has it's own private covered verandah with a ramp to a terrace and the gardens.
Relax in the library, sunroom, lounge (with open fire), dining room or on the terraces. The kitchen provides regular treats as well as the full breakfast and the dinners that are available using fresh local produce.
We also hold Wedding ceremonies and Functions at the Guesthouse for between 10 and 90. We can seat 40 in the dining room and take up to 90 guests inside for more informal wedding receptions and other functions. These are all individually discussed and organized and not a choice of packages available.
Unwind in the three and a half acres of grounds where there is a tennis court and a solar heated swimming pool as well as hidden retreats and walks next to Broughton Mill Creek. A games lawn, seats with relaxing vistas, fruit and vegetable gardens producing fresh produce for the kitchen as well as chickens and ducks add to the stress relieving benefit of our clean fresh air.
Beautiful Berry is just a kilometre away, take a push bike and cycle into town or down a country lane or to Seven Mile Beach just a flat seven kilometres away. There is a pretty picnic area in the National Park that is right at the beach.
